Three living floors
How 9 bedrooms are arranged
A queen bedroom finishes the first floor. Five bedrooms are on the second floor. The third floor holds the primary suite and two more queen bedrooms.
First floor
Main living area, formal dining room, kitchen and breakfast nook, plus a queen bedroom and a shared bathroom. Patio doors open toward the gulf and a private beach boardwalk.
Second floor
A living space with a futon, lounge chairs, and a TV. Two gulf-front king bedrooms with private balconies, another king, a queen, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks.
Third floor
A full kitchen and a primary suite with a king bed, private balcony, and a remodeled bath. Two additional queen bedrooms are on this floor.
